Ayer's Lechon began with a single stall in Cebu City's Carbon Market: one family, one recipe, and a commitment to perfect lechon.
2013
We opened our first full-service restaurant in Mandaue City, bringing Cebu lechon from the market to a place families could gather.
2018
New branches opened across Metro Cebu so more families could order fresh, crispy lechon closer to home.

Our secret blend of spices and slow-roasting technique has remained unchanged since 2009. Every bite carries the authentic flavor of Cebu.
We roast over live charcoal on bamboo spits, rotating by hand. This centuries-old method gives our lechon its unmistakable crackling skin.
We source only the finest, farm-raised pigs from trusted local farmers. Quality starts before the roasting even begins.
